The Ytterbium Doped Fiber Amplifiers (YDFA) series utilize Ytterbium (Yb)doped fiber technologies to achieve optical amplification in 1064 nmwavelength range. The all-fiber-based product are extremely reliable andrequires no routine maintenance. Commercially proven 915 nm pump lasersources ensure long-term reliability. RS-232 computer interface allows forremote control via Labview software. These units are well-suited for Bio-medical, SHG, fiber sensors, LIDAR pulse amplification and free spacecommunications.
The YDFA can come in three different operating range options:
Standard range: 1054 nm to 1078 nm
Long range: 1054 nm to 1090 nm
Short range: 1036 to 1070 nm
