The PD-003 is a 3 MHz, linear InGaAs PIN photodiode. It features high response, flat structure of InGaAs PIN detector. It has low capacitance, low dark current and housed in a in single-mode fiber coaxial package. This photodiode can be use in HFC transmission optical receiver, RF transmission optical receiver and other analog receiver or power detector.
